Try our delicious version of the very Mexican Tacos al Pastor with our Hawija's Pineapple Hot Sauce.

Ingredients
2 pounds of beef or pork milanesa.
3 guajillo chilies
1 achiote bar.
1/4 white onions.
2 garlic
1/2 cups of vinegar.
1/2 cups of orange juice.
1/2 tablespoons dried oregano, seasoned with pepper, to taste
4 tablespoons of Hawija's Pineapple Hot Sauce.
1/4 cups soy sauce
1/2 pineapples, cubed
1/2 onions filleted
1 sprig of fresh coriander
8 Corn tortillas
Instructions
Chop the meat, place it in a clean container, add salt, pepper, soy sauce, Hawija's Pineapple Hot Sauce. And if you can have some garlic powder, this is optional and let it rest for about half an hour.
In a pan, place a drizzle of oil and fry the previously deveined guajillo chiles, just until they change a little color, the onions until they turn brown and soften and the garlic cloves. Place the above in the blender, along with the vinegar, the orange juice, the marinade and the oregano and blend perfectly until all the ingredients are disintegrated.
Pour the mixture over the meat and stir perfectly, until all the meat is covered. and let it rest again for 30 minutes in a refrigerator or refrigerator.
In a clean pan, add a drizzle of oil and fry the meat, stirring constantly, when the meat is 3/4 of its cooking time, add the pineapple in pieces and the sliced onion, until the meat is perfectly cooked.
Remove from the heat, serve hot on the tortillas, sprinkle finely chopped cilantro on top and if you want more flavor add more Hawija's Pineapple Hot Sauce.
